Where do you pick up?
Throughout our service area, including Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania and King George. Ask about Alexandria, Richmond and the surrounding areas when you book.
Do I need to provide a carrier?
Please send your cat in their own secure carrier. It smells familiar and helps them stay calm on the ride.
Can you pick up from my home before a flight?
Yes. That's exactly what the concierge is for. We'll arrange a pickup time that works around your departure.
How much does the concierge cost?
The concierge is a paid add-on in every area we serve, priced by distance. Please contact us for rates.
