Daytime Stays
A calm, cared-for day while you're away
Not every cat needs an overnight stay. Some just shouldn't be home alone all day. Belvedere's cat daycare gives your cat a quiet private suite for the day, a person home with them the whole time, and a photo update so you can see how they're doing.
Cat daycare is rare. Most daycares are built for dogs. Ours is cats only, so there's no barking, no chaos, and nothing to frighten a cat who's already having an unusual day.
Cat daycare is perfect for
- Cats recovering from surgery, dental work or a vet procedure who need watching
- Midday medication or feeding that can't wait until you're home
- Kittens and senior cats who shouldn't be alone for long stretches
- Moving day, renovations, painting, pest treatment or a house full of holiday guests
- A trial day before your cat's first overnight stay
Every daycare visit includes
- A private suite to settle into, with a garden view
- Feeding and medication on your schedule
- Play, enrichment and lap time, or quiet company for shy cats
- A photo update during the day

A day that fits your cat
Confident cats might spend the day birdwatching, chasing feather wands and napping in a sunny window. Shy cats get a quiet room, patience and company at their own pace. Either way, someone is home all day, and your cat is never left alone in an empty building.

Daycare questions
What are daycare hours?
Daycare runs during our business hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Let us know your drop-off and pickup times when you book.
Who is cat daycare for?
Cats recovering from surgery or a vet visit, cats who need midday medication, kittens and seniors who shouldn't be alone all day, and cats whose home is being renovated, painted, moved or full of guests.
Is daycare a good way to try the Belvedere before a trip?
Yes. A day visit lets your cat learn the house, the smells and the routine before their first overnight stay, which makes boarding much easier for nervous cats.
What should I bring for daycare?
Their usual food and any medication with clear instructions. You're welcome to bring a blanket or toy that smells like home.
